Heather Valley I consists of 51 single homes off Signal Hill Road. Some of these homes are situated in four different courts.
Heather Valley II
Heather Valley II consists of 85 single homes off West Village Road. They wrap around Heather Valley Road and there are six different courts.
Heather Valley III
Heather Valley III consists of 49 single homes off West Village Road with each street ending in a cul-de-sac.
Natura/Mill Pond
Natura/Mill Pond consists of 77 townhomes and twins off East Village Road and are situated next to the pond.

Heritage Place Condominium Association
Heritage Place is a community consisting of 52 units. It is one of the smaller communities in Village Shires and is quite charming. The rear units overlook the tennis courts and pool 2. The entrance is on East Village Road. They are two story buildings with balconies or patios.
Old Jordan Woods
Old Jordan Woods is the smallest community in Village Shires. It consists of three buildings and 36 units. It is located in a quiet, secluded area off Old Jordan Road in a woodsy setting. It is beautifully landscaped and has path lighting.
Signal Hill Condominium Association
Signal Hill is a community consisting of 102 condominiums. They are located at the corner of Stony Ford and East Village Roads. There are 17 towers in three story buildings with security entrances. Each unit has either a balcony or a patio. There is plenty of open ground and is pet friendly
Tamerlane Condominium Association
